Megumi looks amused and— possibly more in love than she could feel, so she's quiet before she comes up behind Jakurai and wraps her arms around his waist. Now you be nice to Jakupapa, aye? I've got some work to do, but we'll go shopping later. And remember what I said, Reina? Jakupapa is going to make sure you're fit and healthy so you don't catch cold!
[ Reina goes wide-eyed and nods vigorously, her foxy ears peeking.
"I'm not gonna get sick! Being sick is bad! I eat lotsa fruit too, Jakupapa!" She says proudly, and smiles at Megumi too before wriggling you get off his arms and moving to pick up her backpack.

[ And she herself, has a bit of a busy day, checking in with the Moon Knights, doing some supply runs and more. So when she finally returns to Jakurai's apartment after making sure he's gone there, she blinks when she finds the place empty- but signs of use are definitely there and she can smell Reina and Jakurai in.

She stills as she sees Jakurai there, cuddling with the little foxgirl who is now curled up and sucking her thumb as she sleeps atop him. For a moment, it's like seeing him with her youngest daughter, and she feels a warmth flush through her as her heart skips a beat. A part of her wonders if she truly deserves to believe in how wonderful this man has been for her, and another fears that this too, will go away in a blink of an eye.
She stays in the doorway, finding herself staring. Give her a moment. ]
[Neither of them seem to stir at the entrance of Megumi. Jakurai's nose isn't as sharp off of his moon, so he can't catch her scent while he's laying here-- definitely asleep. And Reina was certainly all tuckered out after a long day of playing and having to get her arm poked like a big girl.
The only movement either of them make right now is breathing, soft and slow. Relaxed definitely.]
[ This is too precious, and she inhales quietly before stepping in. Being a Keeper miqo'te, she knows how to tread lightly, and she very carefully reaches for Reina, not wanting to wake Jakurai, and the girl barely stirs as Megumi carries her easily, taking her to the spare room they prepared- one in Megumi's apartment, and one in Jakurai's, so she can tuck her in properly. ]

[ She whispers, as Reina sleeps quietly, and she takes her to set her on her bed to properly tuck her in with her fox squish-plush, and kisses her forehead. For a moment, she imagines if her Lucina was older, she'd be... just like this. Her ears droop for a bit as she combs her hair back, making sure she's cozy before she stills. Her senses are alert, though the scent that follows makes her relax. ]

Jakurai wants to protect Reina just as he protected and sheltered Yotsutsuji. Only being his beneficiary was...well, they were certainly more than that. He knew that lad had looked up to him in many ways.
But that thought is for another time, he gets out of bed...following behind her. He knew he wouldn't be a secret for long...but it was worth a shot.]

The simple explanation is that one of my team members experienced his first Sanguis moon and I, as his leader, took it upon myself to help him through it. Though it meant me being torn up by the aggression of sanguis moon traits in the process.

[He moves just as she wants him to, a small tilt in his lips appearing. He does find it...very easy to love her. Very easy to smile around her, and to him that is incredibly important.

[ It's fair, and it's what she wants. She imagines nothing would mean more, in the end- as long as they told each other the truth.
At his words of staking a claim, her ears lift, a hint of her huntress side showing in her gaze as she tilts her head. ]

[ As soon as she says it, though, really voices that word, her expression shifts to surprise before red colours her cheeks. Lifting a hand to the side of Jakurai's face, she meets his gaze, wondering just when she fell this hard...
The thought of marking him, making him symbolically hers, it excites her in a way she knows she hasn't felt in a long, long time. There are some rituals she can't give up on, even if she's adopted modern life.
Shifting her hand to her belt, to undo the robe on top and to reveal the two-piece lingerie she's wearing, she lets him see her, letting the robe pool around her knees. With a smile, she slides her hands up to the sides of his head, threading her fingers in his hair. ]
... I love you. I was afraid of saying it again, for the longest time... but I love you, Jakurai Jinguji. I want to be yours, and I want you to be mine, even among everyone that wants us here... can I want that?
[ Her ears droop slightly, as though worried he might refuse. But she's laying herself bare before him, wanting his consent, and wanting to give him something she never imagined she'd have the heart to give again. ]

[ She caresses his cheek with her fingers, inhaling his scent, before she moves her mouth to his earlobe, giving it a little nip. ]

[ It doesn't mean she'll ever compare, or even treat their intimacy with any less affection than it deserves. Her tail slides over his leg as she pushes her lower body closer. ]
